Splash in the Boro has GOT to do better.
Great bang for the buck, the Splash is one fun filled place, wish we had one in Columbia County. Too bad we are being shown as a small place that can not have something as nice as the Splash for the children. Defiantly would recommend to everyone. Worth the drive. Awesome!!!
Me and my family don't go here anymore for a good reason and I wanna explain why. First off, the line at Splash in the Boro is totally ridiculous. It was very long and we wait a long time just to get in. Splash in the Boro also has mean and weird life guards or security (whatever they call them). They acted like they didn't like me. They glared at me, sometimes blowed the whistle on me when I was WALK running or sometimes even walking, and they are totally rude. I remember one time I was going on that huge slide (the one with the yellow slide, blue slide and white slide) and when I got up there, the life guards kind of had a nasty attitude with me. When you go down that slide, those life guards are supposed to push the raft so you can go down the slide, but one time this skinny female life guard instead pushed ME (my back) sort of hard without even telling me when I was ready to go down the slide yet. And sometimes they tell me to push my own self down the slide like they could care less if I got hurt down the slide. I remember sometimes when I landed in the water out of the slide, I'd kind of burn my nose and start to hold my nose. Instead of checking if I was OK, the life guard just talked with someone!
The wife and I went here on a boring weekend and it was fantastic. Had a blast. Would totally go again.
We LOVE Splash In the Boro! Very clean, we love that it's not a huge park but big enough with plenty to do all day! Our kids LOVE it! ❤️
First time there. Had heard amazing , but waited until wave pool opened before we went. Space was clean, bathrooms too. Didn't see a speck of trash on the ground. Lifeguards everywhere. Very attentive. Lines were minimal. Quick access in and easy to get a locker. Husband was allowed to wear his glasses on the slides and we were allowed to wear our water shoes on the slides which was even better. Everyone was friendly, answered questions , lots to do!! Plenty of shaded areas to sit and lounge. Three different eating stations and three bathroom areas. Can get hand stamped and we had a picnic lunch and then reentered park. Worth every penny. Bought tickets online . Giving four stars bc online ticket buying was confusing and basic info on locker rental was nonexistent on website and two diff signs with contradictory info were present out and in the gate. Otherwise, great experience. I notified them about these issues ans was assured it would be addressed. Will only go to this water park from now on.
