As soon as you report a possible issue about your account, they are on the ball helping to correct it. Since they are a large enough bank, you can always reach someone over the phone to report a lost or stolen card. If this occurs, all you have to do is contact the bank, over the phone is fine, tell them what charges are/aren't yours and they'll have your $ back to you in no time. They also give you a temporary replacement card which you use just until you're new card arrives, usually within the week.
