It is like all the other mcdonalds in the world. They serve the same thing but the people who work there are kinda incompitent. They dont listen very well and they dont give you the right food sometimes. Kinda dont recommend. There are better restaurants in statesboro.
The customer service and wait times are worse than the food served here. Don't waste your time or money at this location.
Bought two sweat teas received two DIRTY COFFEE WATER semi sweet teas! Disgusting! Tried to call and then the phone was taken off the hook so I could hear people talking in the background but no one would answer the phone. Hung up and called back to get a busy tone!
Horrible. Absolutely horrible service. Waited at the drive thru ordering stand for 20 minutes while traffic backed up. No one ever came to take our order. Decided to walk inside only to be treated extremely rudely by the cashier, while the drive thru cashier was arguing and throwing up mean hand gestures to the kitchen staff. Liz, I'm assuming the manager, was trying to calm the employee's anger towards the kitchen.. Waited another 20 minutes before receiving our 2 cheeseburger meals. Ridiculous service. After 40 minutes the drive thru was still backed up with the SAME cars that were there when we first went inside. Never again.
It was the worst!!!! For starters had to give back the 2 large fries that were so cold. When i got those fries back they were no longer two large looked like 2 mediums. My 2 large sprites tasted like carbonated water had to get two Dr peppers instead. Lastly my mcdouble was very cold and the bread tasted stale!!!! I will never go back there again!!!
