They don't get your car very clean! But it's a good idea for a money maker!

Great car wash for the money, but they do not scrub the bugs off well enough. The pre-scrub your car before going into the car wash, but they do not put in the "elbow grease" to get the bugs off of the front end of the car. I still recommend using them if you are looking for a quick, affordable car wash that also allows you to vacuum out your car.
We noticed a bit of dirt after our The Works wash. A worker overheard us and had us come over for a brush touch-up and rinse. Very happy!
