I'll admit I've never been but this lie alone is making me go all the way to Augusta to see the dentist
I just want to know why someone would write a review and admit they've never been there? How would you know about the service if you've never been? Don't write a review if you've never experienced the service.
Dr. Madson over charges for services rendered and the quality of work is poor. 6 months after having dental work completed by Dr. Madson two of the three crowns fell out. When I contacted the dentist office about the situation I was informed that I would have to pay to have the crowns fixed. I feel that this work should have been done for free since apparently it was due to poor workmanship. I am seeing another dentist to get Dr. Madson's work fixed correctly and will never make the mistake of letting him do any more dental work for me. I would not recommend Dr. Madson to anyone
I personally have gotten all my dentistry done at Dr. Madson's office and he did an exceptional job. As well as the hygienist. My teeth have never been so clean. Joie does an amazing job.
If you have insurance find somewhere that takes it. They'll tell you they take your insurance when they don't take ANY at all.
You guys might want to look into what it would take to get the review removed. I'm searching for a dentist myself at this time, and just one bad review, explained away or not, still quickly turns away business. In this case, it's the only review you have, so there's nothing else to base your practice on other than first hand experience.

KWH'S review the rest of the story. The crowns in question were temporary crowns placed with temporary cement and they are intended to be easy to remove. KWH was contacted about returning to have the work finished and did not make an appointment. After months of neglecting to return as requested, the temporary crowns came off. This is an expected out come as they are temporaries. KWH was reminded of the long over due balance that needed to be paid and any extra work that may be necessary, because of KWH'S neglect in returning, would be charged for.
