Good selection and prices!
Belk had a pre-sale and said that my card wouldn't be charged until pick-up but when I came to pick they had already charged my card plus you won't believe this BUT THEY COULDN'T LOCATE MY PRODUCTS!!!!! Needless to say I asked for a refund which took 20mins to receive for whatever reasons.....Geesh!
My favorite store! Carries everything in clothing, shoes, handbags, home goods and make-up. The only things you can't get are groceries, building supplies, and medications. Live, love, love Belk's!
While most of the staff was adequate, we seem to always have bad experiences at the makeup counters. The Clinique counter's staff was rude and made many inappropriate comments. We will take business elsewhere next time.
