Desiree at Onemain is very unprofessional.Everytime I call over there she is very rude!!!!!
Desiree is very rude and unprofessional. A member of management really need to address this. Every time I have called there and she answers the phone-her tone is unpleasant to say the least.
Please find a replacement quickly- there are thousands of people who are looking for a job in customer service that I'm sure can fulfill the position.
