We recently purchased a flower arrangement for my father to place at his celebration of life service.
They do not deliver on the correct date, and they do not give you your money back when trying to return. Will not use them again. I have also heard that other people have experienced similar problems.
I have to say that I ordered lilies for my wife today for our 10 year anniversary, and they were outstanding! My wife is overjoyed! The arrangement and value for the money was great! Thank you very much! I accumulated mucho brownie points today!!!
Beware!! They have changed ownership, sometime over the past year or so, and the difference is highly noticeable! The previous owner was polite, professional and very capable and competent. Used them many times as has family. The new owner seems less capable and less interested in being able to maintain order information (who, what, when, where) than getting paid and being arrogant and snotty. Maybe when the business is going down the tube, they can sell off their attitude piece by piece and that can keep them afloat awhile longer. I can say that I made a order a week prior and what I said and sent to them as a example of what I was looking for was a far cry from what I got. If you're going to spend your money and trust a flower company to provide you with flowers/plants for your loved ones, I'd look elsewhere.
The staff at Frazier's treated us like we were their only customers. They learned about the types of items he liked and then created he most wonderful arrangement that was perfect for him. Everything arrived on time and looked stunning in the church.
