I love this place, best Uhaul and storage facility I've ever rented from. Mrs Denise and Mr Steven are the most caring and nicest people I've known and not to mention the rates there are awesome. I've never had an issue with them, plus their trucks are always clean and extremly dependable. If you want a excellent truck with awesome customer service then GO to Uhaul on Pamela Way. I Rented a U-Haul from this business and I was guaranteed an after hours pick up by U-Haul. When I arrived the U-Haul was not ready and the number to call which was labeled as a 24 hour number would not answer after multiple calls and messages. I never received a return call or apology. I would not do any business with this company.
