Make sure to ask for John or a manager when you need repairs. This is my only compliant I have sometimes call, emailing and even going in person isn't enough. I love this old house and the rent is an excellent affordable price.
I'm highly concerned that tenants have huge animals living on properties that chase people and they allow their pets to poop everywhere. They don't clean after their pets. You can't go visit anyone without stepping into dog poo! Management needs to enforce better guidelines for pets. Especially the horses the tenants have living on their campus properties.
I honestly don't think hat negative stars is a possibility. The charges after the lease ended were outrageous and fabricated. In response to the charges, the individual who handles disputes over the billing is never in the office and doesn't respond to emails. So your forced to play phone tag with this imaginary person who is never in the office during the hours of operation. I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed with property mart. I do not recommend that any owner allow this office to handle there rental obligations.

Nothing but awesome things to say about this company! The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone :)
