Grease at 350* at 4 min..... how does liver get burnt on the outside n still bright pink on the inside

I'll give five stars ,but the cool could be a little more concerned about the food they serve and the people,and they must learn to keep the food worm at all times,and the orders right.
They run this thing like a well-greased machine you can get in and out in the morning I love the two biscuits for $4 what a great deal clean bathrooms and fast and friendly service
