Spent 2 hours picking out shoes for my 4yr old. Finally, found some. Went home and he no longer liked them. Went to return, but could not because I paid by check. 4 days later the check cleared and went to return again. They said they could not until 7 days passed even though I showed on my smartphone my bank account with cleared check. I told them this is very inconvenient and it makes me not want to shop there again. They said ok.
