The collar doesn't hold. The slightest tug snd the clasp comes apart and the collar falls off
Good pet supply store. I usually get my dog groomed here as the prices are very reasonable and the staff is nice. I would give 5 stars but for the size of the store it seems like they are short on items you would expect them to carry.
I went to purchase a bag of blue buffalo dog food and while I was checking out a spider was on me. I threw the spider off and looked at the bag. The person working there said oh yes there is spider webs on the bag....he then said if you want to purchase this and then if your dog gets sick, or something happens, we can give you a refund.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I then looked at the bag and there were spider holes in the bag!!! Petco literally just tried to sell me a bag of dog food with spiders in it. And without hesitation the employee would have been okay with me purchasing the bag and taking it home. Unbelievable. Do not go to a business that doesn't keep up with their inventory AND most importantly, do not go to a business that does not respect your animal...the jingle should be Petco, where the pets go to get sick from the dog food...
Store was clean. It was under staffed . I waited 20 minutes to get fish dipped from the aquarium and then after I got through shopping I waited approximately 10 minutes to check out. There was no one at the register. The person that went to dip my fish got hung up at the aquarium with other customers so I had to wait on him to finish waiting on them . This is not the first time I visited this store and it was like this it is always understaffed you can never find an associate to assist you.
