The pick was quick. And he was polite.
Hot, fresh cookies whenever the craving strikes. Love the double chocolate chunk cookie. Cookies have always been gooey and delicious during my visits.
Prices range from okay to a very high. Boxes of their "traditional" line of cookies are a little over a dollar per cookie (6 pack is $8.80, or $1.47 per cookie), and go down from there. Ice cream sandwiches are a little too expensive ($5.90 each) and don't really feel worth it. I had one during my last visit and left wishing I had just gotten cookies.
I am looking forward to trying out their cookie delivery now that I live within their service area.
My first experience here was awful. The girl at the counter purposefully tried to cheat me out of my order. For istance when I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and one smores cookie she acted like she put 2 chocolate chip cookies in the bag but in reality she put one in the bag and the other under the server bar so she can have it and then proceeded to bag my s'mores cookies while still trying to charge me full price. I'm not sure who runs this but whoever it is needs to buckle down on their employees. I was excited about this place but after that I don't ever see myself coming back.
After giving this place 3 chances to redeem themselves, I have concluded they have no idea what good customer service is. I finally asked the lady the 3rd time if they are allowed to say hello to customers bc every time we have purchased cookies the cashier just stares at you. Furthermore, if the business is solely to make and sell cookies, why is there just a small basket of cookies to choose from? Not to mention a medium cup of ice cream and 1 cookie is $7. You are better off going next door to subway for cookies.
The chocolate milk is amazing! But my cookies were sightly overcooked. Still delicious, just a tad over done.
