Was very disappointed with the service we received. A day prior a detailed fax with the time, menu selections, and location was sent to the catering coordinator for a delivery to GSU campus. I followed up with several calls to make sure all was in order. We made it very clear that the food was to be delivered at a certain time. The food arrived an hour late, (10 minutes before our meeting was scheduled to end)! Two of the orders were not correct. The salad I ordered was not fresh, nor did I receive any salad dressing with my order. Also called two hours before 'expected delivery' to add one additional order, which I was told would be added. It was not. Lastly, one of our staff went to parking lot after the hour wait had passed to check and see if food had arrived. She saw the driver leaving our lot, heading in the wrong direction , and had to literally flag this person down to get her attention and tell her that they needed to turn around and get our food delivered. Very bad experience. I was responsible for arranging the catering for this event, which of course did not turn out well at all, and made me look bad in my opinion! Will not be using Panera again for our GSU staff meetings.
I stop in for lunch and chat with a good friend just about every Sunday. We find it easy to while away an afternoon enjoying the atmosphere, pastries, and coffee. The food is delicious and the folks are friendly. I've yet to be disappointed with anything I've ordered or the service.
I eat here at least once a week. I love the food, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Especially if you get a to go order. The salad dressing is only half full as well. It's very disappointing to spend that amount on food and get such a small portion.
Keep returning and complaining about the same mistake. They are still getting it wrong and know it when they hand it to me. If you know it is wrong fix it already. Stop making the same mistake every time I order, especially when the other locations get it right. Fourth time in the store just to have it happen again. It is not even a special order, it is what is listed on your menu.
Like to eat outdoors and while there is a patio with tables, they often don't have the umbrellas up or available. They tend to lock up the outside chairs too early. Enjoy sitting outside and drinking coffee in the evenings but this isn't always an option.
