When purchasing my vehicle, I was VERY pleased with my salesman and everyone who was involved. However, the few times I have had to use the service department, I have been disappointed with their customer service. I call to schedule an appointment each time and they tell me to bring my vehicle in, each time I have arrived no one has a clue that I was coming. They tell me they will call me to let me know what is going on with my vehicle and they never call. I always have to call them and I always sit on hold. The same goes for my mother when she has required service on her vehicle. They just seem to be very unorganized and not very concerned with customer service. We will be taking our vehicles somewhere else the next time we need service.
The Statesboro location was very professional and took the time and continued to call and follow up. They also worked with me and made sure I was pleased with my deal. I will recommend them to friends and family.
Today was this best experience I have had with Ford since buying my Escape. The young lady Deborah that helped me with the maintenance for my vehicle was able to get the repairs done in a timely fashion and attended to the issues I had with a small noise that had me concerned. When I left, my Escape drove even better with no noises! I also received a mail in rebate to save even more money on my repairs. Thank you so much!
