This place has a nice friendly staff but my experience would have been better if my salesmen didn't give me a contract and tell me to sign something I don't know anything about. Luckily I read it before signing and realize I would be signing up for a car payment I don't won't. I specially told the salesman what price I wanted and you still did not listen nor even thought about what price I'm looking for. College students be careful buying here some salesman will try to trick you into signing because your young just like they tried to get me
Everyone was super nice and understanding! I went for an oil change and tire rotation, dropped my car off, and walked around while my car was serviced. They called me about 15 min before closing to let me know that my car was ready and told me that they will be there to make sure I get my car back. The service people were very helpful in explaining the paperwork and what was done and were all smiles. 100% would recommend to anyone who likes great customer service.
I absolutely love the team at Vaden Nissan of Statesboro. They take care of both of my cars that I have bought from them. I have never been to a place that has giving me the best service as this team does. Oh and I love the fact that everyone knows my name when I walk in it just make me feel so good.
