My brakes started scraping a few weeks back. Took my jeep to D&R Intensive Car Care to get new brakes. They asked if they could do a full inspection while they had my jeep. Needless to say, I needed a lot of work. Instead of saying everything was critical and needed to be fixed right away, I was given a timeline of when each repair should be made. The only critical repairs were the brakes and pads. Very nice to go to an auto shop and not be taken advantage of. Their honesty and willingness to work with me was very refreshing. I highly recommend their shop!!!
Gone here twice, both times for oil changes. I left a review both times on the vehicle report they send after completion of your service, and both times they were not the highest feedback reviews I could give them. My second trip in particular was a bit frustrating, but after talking directly with the owner we resolved the issue. They are very nice people who will work with you, and care A LOT about customer service. They care enough to send an email back within 24hrs of your feedback. I was compensated for my trouble, and the response I got from the owner was beyond good enough to keep me coming back as a continuing customer. I like how they have the vehicle service report they send to you, cool use of technology.
This place has amazing service that is done efficiently and quickly.
Highly recommend to everyone in Statesboro who is looking to support a small business and who would prefer actual experts looking at their cars instead of the creepy neighbor who you've caught smelling underwear down the street.
They get your car done pretty quick. I have been there a few times out of convenience however prices tend to be much more than what I am anticipating based on what other mechanics tell me. If you're not trying to break the bank I wouldn't recommend going here.
They will take your car in, get pictures of every single thing that was worked on, and email those pictures to you with precise detail about what they did and why repair X cost so much money. I took my car in at 9am, it was taken in by noon (because they were very busy) and I had my car back before 2pm. Checked my email and I was amazed at just how much effort they put into keeping you in the loop.
Called to get a price on replacing an ignition lock cylinder. The price was fair until they said there would be an additional $90 diagnostic fee. Just another bogus fee to make more money.
