I’m aware this is a unique situation and with me living so far away I would never be a repeat customer anyways. However, this clearly shows how much they care about their customers - NONE. I’m not against closing any day of the week, holiday or not. But if you are asked if you’re going to close, say you don’t know yet! I could have called later when you made the decision!
I have been going to this establishment since 2009 and I am always pleased with their work and my interactions with the owner and manager. They are honest, professional, and skilled mechanics. I do not drive new vehicles and they have helped me keep them on the road and running in good order. I always go to this shop for oil changes, brakes, AC work, and other repairs. I even purchased a set of tires. I highly recommend this business.
Have been going here for awhile to get my oil changed. They always remember me and make sure to put the sticker in the window for the recommended next visit. Always pleasant and get your car out as fast as they can! Even came here one time when my side view mirror was bent backwards. One of the guys came out and fixed it within five minutes of looking at it. Then proceeded to charge me an extremely fair price. They are NOT in the business of ripping people off. Highly recommended!!!
I mostly reside in Florida but my tag is licensed in Atlanta, so it requires an emissions test to get the tag renewed. Statesboro Meineke is the closest business to where I live that does emissions tests, even though it’s 3 hrs away. I called to make sure of everything before coming up. He told me they only did them during the week. So I asked if they would be open on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was told they would be open that day and no appointment was necessary. That Friday comes and I travel 3 hours to Statesboro and find that the business is closed!
June 15, 2017 -- I just had another great experience with this shop. Today they did a major repair to my Honda Pilot and an oil change on my older Honda Civic. I don't take my cars anywhere else in Statesboro!

I needed a vehicle inspection as a new Uber driver and I was referred to Meineke Statesboro. I was highly satisfied by the service I was provided that I had to have a candid conversation with George (manager) about his online reviews. He's been operating this franchise for 8 years; if that doesn't say a lot about his dedication and character, I don't know what will. I can't speak for everyone but I would definitely recommend you check it out for yourself and make your own assessments.
