These are only a few of poor workmanship. Basicly once they got their money they loaded up and left, without offering me a final inspection.
Walls and doors shift on the floor with the slightest viberation, “such as slamming a door”. The walls are not secured at any point to the floor except at the beams. The unit was to be weather and insect resistant —NOT—! They sealed openings along the roof and the eves with adhesive foam strips to block out light,insects and foul weather. This all blew out the first time the wind blew. The first hard rain the roof leaked in five(5) places! The soft and facia not covering all needed areas.
I DO NOT RECOMEND THEIR WORK FOR ANY TYPE STRUCTURE!!
The most strongest, well built buildings in Bulloch County. Any other contractor would cut corners on materials and their construction, not these guys. They bury 6X6 post in concrete, then use steel truss for the framing. Also, they use a far superior bolt, sheet metal screw, and other fasteners compared to every contractor. I challenge any builder to match their quality. The owner and his staff are super nice and easy to deal with. If you ever go by their office and talk to him, then you had better pack a lunch. He will talk to you until you have heard every step on how they do their business. That is exactly what I wanted. The investment on a building will outlast me, so I want to hear every detail before I make that kind of commitment.
Totally dissatisfied, although the crew made a hardy attempt, their quality craftsmanship completely failed. My job was left way short of any degree of quality.
