Nesmith Construction is ok, but the customer service after the sale is sub par and lousy. Nice people, but we had issues getting anything done after closing. We had a punch list at closing that they wouldn't agree to include in the closing documents, but said they would remedy all of the issues within a week. After closing, all they would offer is to give us the contact info for the sub contractors they used for us to contact. Some wouldn't answer or return calls, others wouldn't show up when they said they would be there. We ended up having to hire some of the things out to be fixed to satisfaction after months of trying to get the subs. Don't get me wrong, I like our home and the building experience went well, but felt like they were done with us once they got paid.
This is a great company, that is owned and operated by a local family. They are a pleasure to to business with.
