My mom treated me to my first pedicure and manicure for my highschool graduation. My mom also got her toes done. She's 60 years old and they used a GRINDER to get off regular nail polish from her toes. When she told the man that it hurt and that regular nail polish remover would work he fought with her and insisted on the grinder, which cut her toe. We were in an out with a full pedicure and manicure in less than forty-five minutes. I asked for regular nail polish and then was given gel polish. It's already pulling off less than a week later. The nail files were old and already used. When I didn't know how the nail dryer worked she reached her body over the table and pulled my wrist out and put it back in. I asked her for almond nails because I hate square nailed, but now I have square nails with gel nail polish. It was over 100$ for everything.
Definitely did not like it at all and i will not be going back at all.I got real nails polished and they did gel nails and they charged me 30 dollars and i didnt even tell them to do gel nails i was so mad.
Point blank I went here because it was cheap. And I defiantly got what I paid for. Horrible service. "What do you want" doesn't make me feel welcomed. Not to mention the guy was on the phone, on FACETIME with someone WHILE doing my nails. So rude. Store is so old and everything is filthy. Will never go back.
This was by far the worse nail experience I ever had.. I warn you do not go her they will not do your nails the way you ask only how they feel is appropriate. My two daughters were extremely disappointed to find out they could not get designs on their nails with a manicure.. I do not recommend this place to anyone
The lack of customer service is appauling. Definitely not a good atmosphere for a pedicure. Also, was rushed to pay.
It was a waste of money and time.
