The first time I went to this nail salon I was very impressed. I had the sns nail dip done and loved my nails. So, of course I went back a few days later to get a gel pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was incredibly unprofessional. Not only did she swear constantly, but she also continusely brought up her very negative political views and made the overall visit very uncomfortable. When paying $50+ for a pedicure I would hope it would be relaxing. This was definitely not the case. On top of everything the pedicure looked streaky and awful. When I pointed it out her response was "f*** that. It's fine" after this when I got my card out to pay she then demanded that I tip her in cash. I have never felt more disappointed and disrespected. I will not be going back.
I have been going there for a year and always get great service. The people are really nice and they make me feel welcome. My sister likes them so much she drives an hour to get her nails and a pedicure done...
Pedicure is mediocre. If you're just getting a pedicure then go to luxury nails. Gel nails and acrylics are really well done though. I found the staff to be friendly.
This was my first time doing there and I had to wait a really long time...but I was able to really observe the staff's customer service. They really need to work on it! They can be rude and very short with their customers which is unacceptable. I got a full set and pedicure and they were having problems with their machine when running my card. They ended up charging me twice and when I called them about I was made to feel like a list and they wouldn't help me over the phone, didn't ask my name to find out and get back to me, just no help whatsoever. The bank refunded my money finally, but they lost a potential good customer.
I got gel nails. They looked awesome and I enjoyed talking to my lady a lot- I was for sure planning to come back for another appointment at this point! The next day I noticed the top top seemed to be peeling. So I drove back and they were really nice again and fixed it for me- at this point I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, I am still super happy with my service. Well here I am not even a week later, three nails are chipped and multiple are peeling again. I have never had a gel manicure last me less than a week EVER...SO DISAPPOINTED. Not to mention my cuticles were cut so short that I have painful scabs around my nails. I can not believe it.
