They have always been helpful at this office. I have dealt with them for years & never had a problem. Very nice & friendly.

Had to wait in line for 2 hours and all I had to do was hand them a piece of paper. I talked to the lady working at the front desk and she looked like she literally rather do anything else than sit there. Talked to me with no patience and was very condescending. I told her I just needed to turn in some paperwork and all she said to me was different variations of "get a number and get in line."
I've had surprisingly good experiences with this office. I was warned that they never answer phones, but each time I've called they've answered the phone and given me the helpful info I needed. On visits to the office, I've occasionally had trouble with staff mistakenly giving me unnessecary paperwork (Ex: having me fill out the whole application packet again and marking that I was pregnant instead of just filling out the notice of pregnancy form) but it's always worked out in the end.
