I did the online forms for my license renewal & after work went straight to the DDS. I literally went in the door, straight to counter, & next thing you know I was out the door. Very fast & friendly service. A lot has changed since 2012, which was the last time I had to go. Very impressed.
Horrible. Waited 6 weeks for the hard copy of my license, called for days on end without any answer. Finally called DDS of Georgia to find out they had never even generated the copy of my license to send to me, adding a total of 8 weeks before I could get the hard copy of my license when it is supposed to take 7-14 days. Extremely infuriating. Staff was rude, my number was called and I stood up front with the woman completely ignoring me while she did her own work. Dirty place as well. Never have had a good experience from here.

I had an excellent experience renewing my driver's license. Ms. Billie provided outstanding customer service. All staff were polite & helpful. I completed some online forms which made things even faster. I was in & out in no more than 10 minutes. Great job, Statesboro DDS!
It may take a little bit of waiting. But all the staff were friendly and helpful. If you give respect then you will get respect. :)
