I used to be a loyal customer. Customer service and delivery used to be great, I would always tip very generously as I also work in the food service industry for tips. However given my recent experience I refuse to give them my business. My order took an hour to be delivered when it usually takes 5 minutes for delivery. Once I saw the time and realized they were about to close, I tried to call concerned I wouldn't receive my order. Whoever I talked to was very unhelpful and rude when I tried to ask why it took so long for delivery. Received my order right at closing time and I did not receive my entire order. I was very disappointed with how the gentleman on the phone handled the situation rudely cutting me off during sentences when I tried explaining how I waiting that long and didn't receive everything I paid for. Worst service I have received at a food establishment.
They are fast and good sandwiches. More toppings for sandwiches would make it a five star place!
Can't ever complain with any Jimmy John's location. They're always speedy quick and the food tastes great!
