The food is always good and hot, they even gave me extra toppings we without my asking.
i order my pizza at 12:46 pm . the pizza tracking shows that it was suppose to be delivered by 1:26-1:36. its 2 pm and i still don't have my pizza and this is the second time this has happened. last time my pizza was dry when i got it. i love papa johns but the management and drivers of this store need to be retrained or fired. i own a business myself and i understand how things can be but there lateness is constant and that has to change or the management ought to change! im hungry!!!!! and im still waiting on the darn pizza!
customer service was trash, pizza was trash, & they don't even try to get to you in a timely manner. Save ya money honey.
For the last several orders, I have never received the pizza hot. Mostly because they were delivered more than an hour later. I mean, their pizza's okay at best and I am only getting it from them for the convenience factor and having reward points. But seriously, if they want customers to come back, should improve on that regard.
The pizza is kind of bland and you can't really customize it as much as other places. Service is all acceptable. They need to work more on living up to the "Better Ingredients. Better Pizza." slogan.
