Terrible experience. It's a long story, just know that I spent $80 and made four trips to the store and my phone works no better than before. They were out of screens multiple times. My last trip to the store was to explain to the manager what was going on with my phone after it was "repaired" (it has a bright spot and will no longer connect to Wi-Fi) he showed no concern and said there was nothing he could do.
Ferris from cellariris has great customer service. Very knowledgable. Michael is very kind and knows his stuff! Great place to come to get any repair, buy cases, etc. came in for a water damaged phone and he simply just opened it right up and fixed it for me in seconds! He also gave me information on iPhone cases and what to be cautious of! Love this place and will continue to refer friends and return for any problems with my phone in the future!!!! 5 stars for sure!
Ferris and Malik were amazing! Very efficient and friendly! I have used iCracked before but I am now going to be a loyal Cellairis customer! I would recommend going to them for any of your phone repair needs! The prices are more than reasonable and the phone case bundle option with 3 years of free screen repairs is a sweet deal!
My phone would not charge unless I taped the charging wire to the phone. I assumed something was wrong inside the socket. I walked in the store and my phone was repaired in less than 3 minutes at NO CHARGE. It was a very simple fix but most places would have charged a minimum service charge. Outstanding service and they also have many accessories at reasonable prices.
Best place in town by far. Prices are unbeatable and the staff is super helpful and understanding. Ferris did a lot for me. Definitely go here!
