I arrived for my appointment and was again greatest by friendly faces. Unfortunately the happy story pretty much ends there.
They have hands down given my two pups the best haircut I've seen thus far and conveniently located with a veterinarian
The staff is very friendly, and they were apologetic. I could let the poor brush Jon go, but returning my dog wet is quite upsetting.
Also, I did call and asked if they could feed her a little bit, they were happy to do so. So kudos to them for that.
I tried this place based on the other reviews. I love to support smaller business. The first day they were booked but managed to get me in the next day, very accommodating and friendly over the phone.
My dog is an Akita and sheds very very badly, I believe they tried to brush her, but there was still so much hair on her neck and butt area that remained unbrushed.
When I got my dog back they helped load her into the car, I was just about to leave when I noticed she wasn't dry. Her ears were still soaked, her paws soaked, and several wet spots.
