I'd heard that this was a good, reliable company, so when I saw them working on a house across the street I went over and asked if they'd give me an estimate on a roof repair on my house. Evan Parrish said he'd come to my house the next morning at 9:00. At about 10:00 I called him. He told me he'd forgotten. He came over right away, looked at the problem and told me he'd email me an estimate by the next day. Ten days or more went by and I didn't hear from him. My wife called the Roofing main office to ask about it. The next day Evan sent me an email with an estimate. I agreed to the estimate in a reply the same day and asked when he could start; he told me he'd be in touch "by the end of the week" (this was a Tuesday), so I thought I'd hear back by Friday. Nine days later, still no reply.
I assume that Chandler Roofing is very busy with big jobs and that our small repair was not profitable enough to matter to this company. I wish he'd told me that at the start and saved us both a lot of effort.
Seemed incredibly immoral to me from what business i had with them. Charged an inspection fee then demanded to bring an invoice to hand to insurance so no one else could bid. Seems like they operate more off of trickery than quality work.
