South Shore really did make my roofing experience easy. Tyler was prompt with the estimate and very responsive by text and phone. Kyle kept me updated once the project began and the working crew was efficient and cleaned as they went. I had a roof removal with some decking replacement and a new architectural roof installed. It looks great and I highly recommend South Shore to friends and family now. Definitely the team to work with!
The finished product of the roof was great. On the other hand, the crew and the lack of respect they had, along with not being contacted about a TWO DAY delay did not please me with this company. The A/C unit outside the house has scratches and dents all in it were you can see the shingles hitting it as they threw them from the roof tearing it down. Again, the work is good work, but the customer service and respect of the home I experienced was very unsatisfactory.
