Friendly and knowledgeable staff. NP Teresa took good care of me! I was in and out within an hour, and that was only because I had 10 staples.
Everyone was great, from the Lady at the intake desk to the triage nurse, to the PA/Nurse Practitioner (I don't want to offend her, I wasn't sure of her title). It was so fast, I was in and out quick.
I wish this place could be my regular care. It's so much easier to get into, and the staff seems to care more about individual patients. I am always satisfied when I go here, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Arrived early on a Saturday morning. Had an ongoing cough > 1 week. Staff was very friendly and professional. Candace was very patient oriented, and really seemed to have the best interest of the patient at heart. Obviously, it is a clinic, but a caring staff made it much less clinical.
I've used Applecare several times and each time I've had an awesome experience. A few days ago I went in for extreme ear pain and unable to hear. My wait time was minimal and NP Teresa Cheney was very compassionate and explained my condition very well. I would definitely recommend Applecare-Statesboro to family and friends.
