Dr. Hathaway is an excellent doctor. He really seems to care about the patient. He also has a very friendly staff.

Dr. Hathaway is a crook. He charged $3000 for a procedure and after it was billed our insurance company told us the most he could charge for the procedure was $500. Intentionally ripping people off. On top of this his bedside manner is so lacking... it's beyond description. Also he returned our calls WEEKS after our appointments, procedures and return calls. I could not recommend him to anyone. AVOID THIS DOCTOR
Paperwork that you may provide that requires the doctor to complete requires a fee of $20 outside of your normal co-payment. I've requested the same paperwork to be completed for nearly a month now and it still hasn't been done. Each time I follow-up, they continue to lie about it. Hopefully he can speak with staff and touch basis with them regarding patient complaints to ensure that other patients do not leave under his care due to office negligence.
Also everyone else that works on your office is very kind and pleasant to see.
