Prepare to wait. Once you get past the long wait, know that the doctor will be with you for however long it takes. The staff is friendly and helpful. In this day and time, I'd rather wait a while and actually have a doctor diagnose me than wait 5 mins and have the doctor do a 2 min diagnosis that may not even be correct.
The staff is VERY rude. The attitudes are horrible. I thought I was in a free clinic or something! Go somewhere else! If you are new to the area...RUN!!!!
I have been a patient for several years and finally have had it! There have been several time in the past year that I have had an appoint for 4pm and not made it out of there until after 7:30pm. I have waited over 3 hours just in the waiting room and then got seen for only 10 minutes. The last straw was when I was in the waiting room and an older gentleman asked the front desk girl how much long because he was told he would be next more than an hour before. The front desk girl proceed to talk about the patient and even cuss behind the glass to the other employees. What she didn't realize was that everyone in the waiting room could hear her. It was a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL environment. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. I would not even recommend my worst enemy to this place.
