BOUGHT AN HP COMPUTER NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO ....BEEN BACK FOR. 5 VISITS. NOTVSTAYS RIGHT ON IT BEEN CHARGED. A FEE HUNDRED DOLLARS EVEN WITH THE EXPENSIVE WARRANTY WE HAD PUT ON IT. NOW IT HAS BEEN THERE 5 DAYS ALREADY. THEY NE VER CALLED. ARE VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF THERE.
Had to get a cashier to help me, people on the floor just ignored me. I was trying to buy word and computer protection. I bought protection for 10 devices and it won't let me use it on more than one device! Absolutely no service or help.
I stop in here at least once a week and am happy with the service I get. Though it's always busy, the folks in the printing department never let me down. :-)
The people working here are always nice and I love going to the teacher appreciation events. Some of the stuff can be expensive, but if you shop using the sales and coupons, it's definitely worth it.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Offered me a 20% off teacher discount for shopping with them.
