Workers were rude when I asked questions and I bought a new computer from them and when I got home and opened it up or had broken hardware, when I returned and ask to exchange the defective computer they wouldn't believe that it came broken and tried to charge me extra to fix it.
Anytime I have bought anything from this store the employees have been helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of products and brands to choose from, and they try to give students, faculty and staff as many deals as they can.
