Called to make an appointment with this company for an estimate a week ago. The day of the appointment, I called to verify if they were going to be on time, one gentleman said he and his brother decided they didn't want to do the job. They didn't call me to notify me of this decision. Thanks for letting me know AFTER I took a day off of work. Great show of your professionalism.
Update - one of the two brothers called me today to inform me that he didn't appreciate me leaving them a bad review. He then insulted me and then hung up on me before I was allowed to debate him about his opinion; very professional.
