I was with this company for three yrs. My policy was cancelled because they made a mistake with my payment. Trying to over look .i got them to do a quote because i had a new vehicle i wanted to add. For me to get started with progressive it was $225 and $175 every month. So i waited the next and called progressive my self , ready to pay the $225 for me to get started. Long story short. I didnt have to pay 225 to get started , and my payments was not $175. I pay $150 every month and nothing to get started. I ask the agent why did i have to put so much down previous to the agent down he said."they got to get paid too ". I felt so cheated.
