Andy Dyches is my agent. Great guy who has done tremendous work in accommodating my bank for a mortgage. He took every request (lots of them) in changing and updating my insurance in stride and got things rushed through when needed. I am very grateful for the work he has done for me.
i was calling to see if there were any other discounts that i could apply for after noticing that they went on my rates and Micheal told me "NO! It is what it is" not even asking if he could find a better option and i felt as though that was very rude! I have been a member now for at least a year and a half and have watched them jack up my rates more and more as time progresses and its a shame! i do not recommend this office nor the services to ANYONE!
