This morning I called again as I didn’t get call from the hotel manager. Another front dest officer says the same thing Manager will call back after an hour as she is in meeting. When I get the call from manager she says, room cleaner didn’t found anything, there is nothing that she can do regarding this matter...

For the price of the room I expected better. The bed was the too firm. We called the front desk around 3 am to ask if there were any other room or bedding options. We were told that some king rooms had pillow top mattresses as an option. We were not given that "option" so neither my wife or I got any sleep.The ceiling in the shower had a huge sheetrock repair that looked 1/2 finished and the room smelled musty. The breakfast the next morning was not good. We went to sit by the pool after eating breakfast and the pool furniture was covered in mildew. It came off on our clothes. I would check out other options before staying here.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days from October 29 through November 3, 2017 in room no 352. I left around $700.00 cash in an envelope in my room when I checked out on November 3 around 10.00 am. I asked my friend to call and enquire about it at night when I noticed about it. The front desk officer checked the room right away after the call and found nothing as room was already cleaned up after our leaving. I was told that hotel manager will call me back regarding the matter.
We made the mistake of booking non-refundable. Never again. First room smelled like mildew, carpet was damp, and window gas moisture in it. We asked to have a different room because our toddler will be on the floor. Second room better but not by much. I'm asthmatic so it quickly bothered me. Moved again to "newer" building. Smell is better no mildew smell but there is mold on ceiling. For $100 a night I expected better. Rooms not very clean, old key card and earplugs on the floor. Disappointed. I will say the woman at the front desk was very patient and accommodating.
They should take special care about stating that they are smoke free. They should sequester those rooms which have been contaminated by someone smoking. Our noses bled due to the residual smoke in the room. So much so that we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. To the hotel's credit they accommodated our room change with no hassle and they have us a room that was less polluted.
