I stayed at the Days Inn, Statesboro for 5 nights while attending a training at Georgia Southern University. The Hotel is convenient to the university, and there are lots of dining options within easy walking distance. There's a large grocery next door too. The included breakfast was modest. They had cereal (cold and hot ) waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, some bananas, apples, and some danish and muffins. The room was small. The TV was small and placed on a low dresser, so it was difficult to view over the foot of the bed. The mattress was very comfortable ( Beauty rest pillow top ). There was a large dormitory style refrigerator, which was nice. The HVAC unit was kinda loud, and it cycled on and off constantly, though the room stayed at a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping kept the place clean. I did find one significant dificency. There were no provisions to easily plug in chargers. There was a power strip on the floor under a small table, but there was only one working outlet empty in the strip, and I had to get down on the floor to connect. In today's electronic world, I've grown to expect easy access to multiple plugs.

This hotel was pretty okay for a few days stay. The floors looked like they needed a once over cleaning. Pillows on the bed were ok, but one of the three smelled like someone else's head. Given this the bathroom area was nicely cleaned. Altogether this place is a nice cheap stay to see the scenery for a few days.

There are several malls nearby and plenty of nice restaurants to eat at within 10 minutes such as Olive Garden Longhorn’s etc.

They are in the process of remodeling. Seemed pretty clean. A/C was cold, bed wasn't my favorite but to each their own. Didn't try their free breakfast.

My experience at this Days Inn changed my fears of other hotels in the past.Room 218 was clean and comfy, breakfast was the best ever, and Peter at the front desk was nice and working hard to keep the breakfast bar clean and fresh. We'll be back for sure. Thanks

Outstanding place to stay, you will find nothing but smiles on the entire staff and I mean entire staff everyone is in a good mood the environment is what you what you want When traveling. Rooms are very clean, Water pressure is great which means a lot to someone who travels all the time. Peter at the front desk is very helpful and informative to everything you will need while you stay, and that’s not to diss clued the others behind the desk. !!!!!!!!!
