Streets need repairing, & The apartments are in need of the same thing. Who ever own those apartments need to help beautify the neighborhood & give the children that live there a play ground.
It's a great place for a start the rent is probably the best in the boro but with that said u get what u pay for,,,
It needs a lot of improving. The road needs serious repairs.
Not the safest place but some of the newer apartments there look nice inside.
GHETTO! Da' Hood! Great place to observe the lifestyles of the Ghetto Superstars and Wannabe Thugz. Multiple murders within 36 months, leads the town in most violent crimes and criminals are residing in 2 out of 3 homes. Used to be a College student haven now, it's deplorable. Roaches, lice, crack, wannabe gangstas, bottom rung, low hangin' fruit, needs to be levelled!
