Love the customer service here I've been using this place for over a decade and never have they lost my package grateful for the TLC and arriving and even in situations like today made special Arrangements for pickup was on time awesome can't wait to get them on the new truck
worst I've ever experienced. Have had the same package shipped to me twice. First time was returned to sender saying I requested it because it was not ordered (huge lie) now that it was returned to sender and is late for delivery and nobody "can" give me any info on it

Truck drove over logs that had been placed to block shortcut through to neighbors house. In the process the driver drove over a solar light, destroying it. I had a rope across the shortcut for months allowing grass to grow. I took the rope down on Wed. and placed pine logs across the opening and the driver came on Thurs. it's obvious that I do not want traffic cutting through. Nor is it necessary. Don't even bother that the package left it's origin in Atlanta a week earlier. I'm only 4 hr drive away! It took 6 days.
Awesome customer service you can make special arrangements to pick up packages if you don't want anyone to pick them up from your house if you're concerned make special Arrangements she can pick him up here GPS brings you right to the door you can get in and circumnavigate in side there is a buzzer available once you get inside press the buzzer and someone will assist you if there's no one standing there
