To have to explain to my son that the doctor should not have said what he had, is heartbreaking. To have my son see me and hear me say...forgive me if I seem a little frustrated... to have him witness bad service 101. To tell him that he has a right to ask questions and not be forced to settle for anything. there's no dumb or stupid questions when obtaining knowledge of a stituation. Again The Front desk and nurse's or #1 in my book and bless God for them. But the doctor on a bad day needs work and to be reminded about of what makes the difference between a Good doctor and a GREAT DOCTOR.

My son apologizes on the way out the door just as I had done on the other side of the door. But to be apologetic for inquiring, I should not have to do.

I don't normally do This but something's can not go undone. I took my son to this Dr. because I heard of great things about him from my father and Aunt. However This was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Don't get my wrong the front desk and staffing (nurse's) are awesome and I would give them 10 stars alone. However the doctor himself is why I gave a rating of 1 which is still not deserving. We all go to the doctor in hopes of help and hopefully to get an understanding of a problem we may be having. But to be shoned away and told to go somewhere else all because you have questions is absurb. A simple I'm not sure but willing to look farther inot the matter would have been sufficient enough for me. But instead I was told , "I could be doing something else with my time ", by doctor. what is that to tell a patient?! I work in the healthcare field so I can understand that as a provider you may be having a bad day , however that should never filter into the treatment of helping/serving a patient. Coming from a professional stand point something's should never be said in an exam room in the course of being treated or pretreatment. Lord knows I'll pray for this doctor but the way he chooses to handle questions is unacceptable.

I have used Dr. Lippincott for both of my children when they needed surgery and I have always had a wonderful experience. He is a terrific surgeon who genuinely cares about people. I've also been very satisfied with the office staff. Highly recommend for any ENT needs!

Dr Lippincott is a great listener, very knowledgeable, and helpful.
