Dr. Thomas crews (childrens ear nose and throat.) is not only a child doctor but , dr. Crews also runs the show (runs or manages) reliance treatment center. This is an outpatient opiod replacemnt therapy. The phrase everyone hates is "methadone clinic".
Seem ok? Look again. 13$ a day plus 1 30$ a month. But they started testing 2 time month.. So theY KNEW I WAS STRUGGLING refused even 1mg increase until i pass urine screen.
It been awhile since I have been there. But they are very much the best that in stateboro

This clinic is Dr. Crews side $ business. Which is fine by me. My issue is claiming to help addicts but clearly abusing them year after year to line your pokets. Im even ok w all that. STOP THE LIES. ALL THE PATIENTS KNOW IT.
My son had his tonsils removed by Dr. Crews in Statesboro Ga. He was amazing. He explained everything that would happen during and after surgery. His staff was extremely friendly and curtious. Dr.Crews really impressed me and my husband with the attitude and personality he has. He is very respectful. His Staff and Himself do everything they can to make not only you but their patient as comfortable as they can. He answered every question we asked him and gave us brochures to look at. The medicines he used made it so comfortable for my son to recover you could not tell he had surgery and my son is only 7. Dr.Crews and his staff are amazing and i would recommend anyone and everyone i can to use him.
Now.. Dr Crews RARLEY sees methadone patients. In 2 yrs i saw him total 2 times and was so condisending. Wont go into it but it had to do w his OPINION on weed.
After i was enrolled at th clinic something fell through, or some one got in trouble, or somthing... Im not sure. Addicts are second class in their eyes. Not worthy of beimg taken serious. Or filled in on important info for that matter. The once privatly owned methadone clinic is now gov funded. This isnt necesarrily bad just diferent.
After 2 . no more take home.
I believe while at Dr. Crews clinic. I was being scammed.

After this "event" the rules were changed. All patients forced to sign papers selling your souls BEFORE they dose u. It is ky OPINION they do this to gain upperhand. they kNOW we want our med and to be left alone so the abuse this.
In the beginning this facility was privatly operated. Which means (TYPICALLY. Being the. keyword) typically higher prices but far better service avoiding the chaos of gov paperwork. This was not the case. As long as you have $ thats all they want regaurdlesa their claims. More coming.
To the point. When privatly owned this facility allowed patients to test positive for THC (marijuana) no matter what. Dr crews told me to my face that he believed it was not an issue w treatment. And you would be allowed all privlages even dirty for thc. Includes take home doses ( the only med in the world you get day at time)
Trust me. I know th. Public has 0 tolerance for addicts.. This is overwhelmingly clear. We live lies impossible to share for consequences like kidnapping and prison. Yes they will kidnap your children and lock u in a cage for a plant or a powder for that matter.
Here is the point. If i was NOT struggling i would NOT need the med.. How difficult is this?? This is a 3 0+ year..

Dr. Crews is awesome! My son had his tonsils taken out last Thursday and is recovering well. The Dr. and his staff were very thoughful and caring and made you feel more like family than a patient. My 5 year old son loved him because he laughed and played with him a little bit before the surgery...he's very personable! They also called us the day of the surgery and asked how he was doing. I would definately recommend them!!
Im sick of this. We are all ready pummeled w lies about addiction. The counclers here are a JOKE and it sad bc they mean well. But they have alao been dooped.
See he as a doctor can say ANYTHING but me as a junkie cant even look his dirction w out some bull.
In beginning i stabled out on my dose. They DID theyre "peak and trouph" (total BS) and took 20 mg a day from me . not a big deal? I was Doing well and after that failed e lvery test. 1P
After maintaining my dose lower than id like for multiple yearthey continued to punish me for the pos screens while REFUSING to increase dose Bc of the pos screens....
