She also believes in follow up care. If a referral is sent out from her office, her staff makes sure you have been contacted. Joy is one of the nurses for Dr. Branch who shows excellent care for the patients.
Messed up my appointment date when I had a hyperextended knee. The front desk ladies were rude to the elderly lady behind me. They were gonna try and fit me in, but first impressions are everything and they ruined that for my experience. Making sure my staff and customers know where not to go.
