I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE STAR!! The tub was DIRTY!! A ring of DIRT was in the tub! The toilet was STAINED WITH MILDEW, MICROWAVE & TELEVISION WAS OUTDATED! THE BOTTOM OF THE WALLS WERE CRUMBLING & THE FLOOR HAD NOT BEEN MOPPED! Also no iron & ironing board. My husband requested extra wash cloths and pillows because we only had 2 & there was 4 of us total(including our 7yr & 2 yr old. The front representive at the front counter informed him that they had no more. I wouldnt let a RAT sleep in that disgusting place!
Horrible place run for your life! First of all we requested an early check in since our kids were at SOAR. The manager said there were no rooms ready then he said pay $20.00 more (on top of the $72.00 we had to pay for the room) and I'll let you check in. We passed. Finally when we checked in and went to our room it wasn't clean! They gave us another room there were stains on the covers and on the sides of the mattress. Then Mr. Roach strolled across the wall!
I wish I could give yall less than 1 star. WORST public relations I've ever seen! I've traveled the entire east coast and stayed at MANY hotels. Not once have I seen one turn someone away because they needed to use a restroom! Don't worry, I'll be spreading the word around town for folks to find a BETTER hotel that knows how to treat people.
I was skeptical because of previous bad reviews, but it was actually a decent hotel. Clean sheets, looked nice. Currently under construction so no breakfast.
The floors feel gross on your feet, the headboard were crooked, no lampshades on the lamp, someone's loofa was left behind in addition to hair on the bathroom floor (obviously not cleaned at all). Everything in the room is dirty and grimy. I know it's a red roof inn and they're certainly not great, but this is disgusting.
